On August 29, 2011, Uniland Consulting registered a branch office in the Wuxi New District called Wuxi Uniland Consulting Co., Ltd.

On April 28, 2011, Uniland Consulting formally established the Professional Technical Services Department (PTS) to promote service outsourcing. The software service outsourcing industry is being supported by the government who approved the first 20 cities in 2009 and launched a series of industrial support policies.

On April 27, 2011, the Uniland Consulting officially entered the South China market by opening a Shenzhen branch office.
