Project Background
Each year, the client recruits new graduates to increase the talent pool for core positions. Uniland was given 3 months to train 35 new graduates.
Solution
Uniland organized a professional training team and personalized a training program that included hands-on training and lectures.
Results
Student training (courses, lecturers, etc.) feedback was satisfactory, with more than 9.4/10 points. After the training, due to exceptional the performance of students, 53 students were retained by the client, and assigned core positions.
