On June 13, 2012, Uniland Wuxi conducted the first graduation ceremony of the WCS Academy in the Wuxi WCS Outsourcing Center.

The first course had a total of 49 participants. They were split into a Java development group and software testing group. After 6.5 weeks of technical training, 1.5 weeks of English training, 1 week of soft-skills training, and 6 weeks of project training, the course was completed in 106 days. Lectures from executives and corporate culture training were also included in the course curriculum.

On graduation day, WCS CEO Mr. SK Tan, Uniland Consulting General Manager Mr. Douglas Han, Deputy General Manager Mr. Rex Yang, Karry Tech General Manager Mr. Zukai, Wilmar ITS Shanghai Deputy General Manager Ms Ng Tok Sung, Wilmar ITS Shenzhen Deputy General Manager Mr. Shenhang, WCS China's HR & Admin Director Ms. Dou Ying, and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Hans Hu attended the ceremony to congratulate and encourage the graduates. Mr Rex Yang, on behalf of the training department, then handed over the ceremonial baton to Ms Ng Tok Sung, on behalf of the employer.

After the graduation ceremony, students presented their projects and underwent department interviews. 43 students were successfully employed by WCS.
