Challenge the Chinese forgers in the design of the forgings and the manufacturing plan
To Reduce development lead time
To make sure the forgings delivered will be compliant with MBD specifications (shape, material performance...)
To make sure the manufacturing plans are reliable, stable and accurate.
To make sure the processes put in place are the best worldwide practices
...after having validated its proposed methods with the internal experts

4- Profile
High level of expertise in forge process.
At least 5 years in forging. Skill learned from Western Company in aerospace business should be appreciated
Knowledge of forge simulation and design software's (Deform, Forge4.. Catia..)
Experience and skill in communication with foreign companies.
Fluent in English language
Capacity to obtain from Suppliers manufacturing processes be rigorously documented and maintained
