Recruitment for an US Filtration (Auto Parts) Company

Project Background
The client is a well-known US-owned filtration company with products covering all kinds of automotive filters, filtration systems for heavy trucks and large equipment filtration systems. The company was in the planning stage with an urgent need for a production manager in the company's hardware and software facilities.
The client required candidates to be a injection molding production manager in the automotive industry, with 7 years of work experience in a European company, practical experience in building new factories and the quality and workmanship, familiar with the principles and processing of PU glue.

Uniland Search team targeted Jiangsu and Zhejiang enterprises and recommended production managers in a British filter company in Suzhou. Candidate “A” began in the injection molding industry and moved to the automotive industry, was involved in factory preparation and the establishment of the new system, started at the bottom to become production manager, and fluent in English; Candidate “B” was from an injection molding products company based in the U.S. and Europe, with 16 years in the molding industry, more than six years in the automotive industry, started from the bottom of the injection molding process to become production manager, with experience as filter manager in the company's injection molding process, and proficient with PU glue.
